Attitude

"The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill. It will make or break a company ... a church ... a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude ... I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me, and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you ... we are in charge of our Attitudes."

내가 더 오래살수록 태도가 인생에 끼치는 영향력을 더 많이 느낍니다.
저에게 이 태도란 객관적인 사실 보다 더 중요합니다.
태도는 그사람의 과거나 교육 혹은 소유한 돈이나 환경, 실패나 성공, 타인이 어떻게 그사람을 평가하는것, 외모, 능력, 기술 보다도 더 중요합니다.
주목할 만한 부분은, 우리는 매일 오늘 하루 어떤 태도를 가질지 선택을 할수 있습니다.
여기서 우리가 할수 있는 유일한 부분은 이 태도라는 부분 뿐입니다.
저는 삶이라는 것이 10%가 나에게 일어나는 일들에 의해 영항을 받고 나머지 90%는 내가 어떻게 그것에 반응하는지에 달렸다는 것에
설득력이 있다고 생각합니다. 그러므로 결국 삶은 당신의 마음속에 달려 있는 것입니다.
또한 그것은 우리의 태도에 달려 있는 것입니다.
